BillDesk service is available to you round-the-clock for 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. You can access BillDesk
through any device connected to the Internet and make payments online.

Bill payment and tracking
Stay on top of your payments! BillDesk lets you track the status
of all your current bills and payments, in one easy-to-read format.
From your "New Bills" folder you will know instantly which bills
are due for payment and your "Scheduled Bills" folder will let you
know details of the bills that you have scheduled for payment or
those that are being processed for payment.

Click-pay and Auto-Pay
We will never let you miss a payment!. Instruct us (click-pay) when
you need to pay and we’ll complete it on your behalf. Through the
Auto-pay feature, your recurring bills and expenses will be paid
automatically as long as they are within the limits pre-determined
and set by you. We’ll even check that your bill is not more than

Email Notifications
Get the information you need to stay on top of your bills, no matter
where you are. We’ll send you an email:
when a bill arrives,
when you schedule a payment,
before the payment becomes overdue, and

Use your existing bank
account(s)
We do not require you to open a new bank account to avail of the
BillDesk service. You can use your existing one itself! Pay from
a single bank account or from multiple accounts.

Electronic Checkbook
Each bank account that you have set up will allow you to make
payments to payees. It is simpler than giving instructions to
your banker.

Analysis" feature to understand your spending pattern through

Archiving your payment
records
BillDesk provides you with the facility of storing all your payments
for a period of twelve months online. Through the "Bill Archives"
folder, you can retrieve and generate customised reports of all
bills and payments that you have made so far (by date, biller
and payment source). In addition to the above we also store all
bills and payment details offline that can be made available to
you on request.
