1. What is Mobile recharge?
Recharge online is a simple and convenient way to recharge your Prepaid Vodafone mobile phone through Vodafone Live.

2. How do I access the Mobile Recharge service?
Just log on to Vodafone Live using your mobile browser and click Prepaid Recharge menu option.

3. Can I use this service?
All Vodafone Prepaid customers can recharge their Vodafone mobile phone through Vodafone Live. All you need is a valid credit card to make payments for your recharge amount.

4. How do I recharge my Prepaid Vodafone mobile phone through Vodafone Live?
Step 1 Enter your mobile number and select your recharge amount and click on ‘Go’.
Step 2 You will be asked to reconfirm your details. Post which you will be redirected to the secure credit card payment gateway
Step 3 Confirm the payment at the credit card gateway – Enter your authentication details at the credit card payment gateway and confirm. Your account will be debited for the recharge amount.
Step 4 Receive a recharge confirmation – You will immediately receive an online transaction confirmation and a Transaction Reference Number as an acknowledgement of your payment. On successful payment, a recharge will be initiated on your Vodafone number and you will receive an SMS confirmation from us within 15 minutes.

5. Is there any limit on amount/ time of recharge?
Using the Vodafone Live recharge facility, you can top up your prepaid account for the multiple denominations. Please visit Vodafone.in for more information. However, on any given day you can only make a maximum of 3 transactions from any Prepaid Vodafone mobile phone.

6. Is there any additional charge levied by Vodafone or the Bank?
No. There is no additional fee charged for this service. You just have to pay for the amount you want to recharge.

7. Do I get a confirmation of the payment that I have made?
For each payment you will receive an online Transaction Reference Number that is an acknowledgement for your payment request.

9. What if I do not get a recharge confirmation SMS?
In case you do not receive a recharge confirmation SMS, we request you to check if your account has been debited and also check your balance by pressing *141# or *140#

The refund process takes 5 working days to reverse the amount back into your account.
