You can also enter your Party ID i.e. Borrower's Party Id.
How do I pay my multiple loan account EMI
On entering Party ID, all loan account linked to Borrower's Party ID will be displayed. You need to enter amount against each loan account.
Will I receive physical receipt post Online Payment
No. You will get transaction number on the screen upon successful completion of your transaction.
Can I make payments against foreclosures, advance EMI related to my EMI outstanding
No. You can make payments only against Charges and EMI outstanding.
When can I know my payment status in my loan account
Credit will reflect in 4 working days.
What if I made an excess payment for the same loan number?
The excess payment will be available in your credit balance and the refund for the same can be obtained by approaching any of our Kotak Mahindra Prime branch by making a written application. Alternatively you can call our Customer Care (Toll Free Number 1800 209 5732) between Monday to Friday from 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM. and register a request to refund the excess amount.
How will I know that the payment is made successfully
Post every successful transaction; you will get a success message along with a valid transaction ID. If transaction ID is not received immediately after completion of transaction you are advised to check your bank account balance.
