Overview
BillDesk - is a useful service that provides you a single point of contact for all your payment needs. At BillDesk you can pay your bills and make other payments online. Instead of writing a cheque each time, now you can use any device connected to the Internet (computer, kiosk, etc) and make payments with the click of a mouse. No more late payments, no more queues, no more hassles of depositing cheques. In effect, through BillDesk you can now make All Your Payments at a Single Location, anytime you wish to.

How does it work?
- You need to first register at BillDesk to receive bills and make online payments.
- After registering, you select your billers and payees from whom you wish to receive your bills electronically and have the option of making online payments. BillDesk has business arrangements with various billers and payees who make available your bill data and who accept payments received through BillDesk.
- Thereafter, each time your biller raises a bill, BillDesk will present it to you online and also notify you about the new bill arrival via email. Your biller/payee will continue to send you the regular paper bill.
- You can review your entire bills online, decide and authorise when and how much to pay and select the bank account from which you wish to make the payment.
- We then process your request and your bank makes the payment from your account as per your instructions.
- Once your payment has been received by the biller/payee, we will confirm the successful completion of your payment to you and electronically file the bill for your reference.
